SUPPORT OF A LABOR DISPUTE BETWEEN EMPLOYEE OF THE MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND EMPLOYER
In one of the district courts of Kazan, the dispute over the lawsuit of a former employee of the Ministry of Emergencies - the colonel of the internal service, who was dismissed due to reaching the age limit, was completed. According to the client, the wording of the dismissal was incorrect - the reason for his dismissal was his unfitness for military service for health reasons.
During the trial, a correspondence military medical examination was appointed, which confirmed the position of the client. The claims were satisfied - the wording of the dismissal was changed, which allowed the client to claim additional payments.
